WHY NOT RUN YOUR OWN STALL AT THE TOK FESTIVAL?
In 2016, the TOK Festival attracted about 3000 visitors over the 3 day event. In 2017, it will be a 5 day event, with stall holders required from Wednesday 26 to Sunday 30.
We are seeking applications for food, crafts, art, sideshow and merchandise stall holders.
Stall Fees [1 day = 7am to 8pm]
Market Food $20 per stall per day.
Craft/Merchandise $20 per stall per day.
Vendor Sideshow $100 per stall per day.
Vendors Business $100 per stall per day.
Stall General Operating Times
Wednesday 26 to Friday 29, 7am to 8pm. Stallholders may trade from 1 to 5 days.
Trading hour extensions to meet specific events
Evening entertainment operating hours 8am to midnight, Saturday 29.
If you are interested, please send us a message below and we will forward an application form to you. Once your application has been reviewed you will be contacted by the Markets Coordinator to advise if you have been successful. An invoice will be forwarded with approval notifications, and a Vendor Pack prepared for hand-over upon your arrival at the site.
